Yoshi Blue Skillet Review:

Here is the deal: Nano-ceramic non-stick pans are the rage. That’s because recent FDA recommendations made DuPont (Teflon) take notice and issue new recommendations.

The YoshiBlue skillet takes non-stick pans to a whole new level. It actually infuses diamond particles into the surface for better cooking. This is probably because diamonds are one of the toughest materials on earth and help prevent scratches that dull non-stick cookware. So your non-stick surface stays functional longer.

According to the company, it costs more to make a YoshiBlue skillet than other non-stick pans. They are able to offer it at a competitive price because they ship direct, bypassing middle men.

The Claim: Cook without oil, fat, grease, chipping or peeling.

The Test: Pancake batter and eggs—no oil/butter. I tested the Yoshi Blue and a normal non-stick pan. Both pans seem to work just fine for simple foods. Then I decided to burn cheese on the pan. With this test, the Yoshi Blue won.

Yoshi Blue & Normal non stick pan with pancake batter. Both pans worked fine.

Yoshi Blue & Normal non stick pan with eggs. Both pans worked fine.

Yoshi blue with a slice of cheese.

Normal non-stick pan with a slice of cheese.

After the cheese, I could blow and everything left the pan. Easy cleanup.

The Results: Surface works as advertised, better than a normal non-stick pan. Eggs slide right off.

Watch it In Action:

Hadn’t seen this pan before but was shopping at Walmart and decided to try it. It has since become my favorite pan. Cleanup is a breeze. Believe me if I didn’t like it I would surely let you know. One of the best I’ve ever used.

Bought the pan from wallyworld and I can say it also is my favorite pan. Works as the dude said it would and clean up is a breeze. If they come out with another larger pan, count me in!!

Worked great. This morning something stuck and I can’t clean it off? What’s with that? Don’t want to scour it.

I bought a Greenie pan. First time the egg just slid around the surface. I was impressed and excited. The next day, the eggs stuck to the surface. It was easy to clean, but the food stuck. Have to use oil or butter now. I think the Yoshi Blue will do the same. Hope not… but the food will most likely stick but it will be easy to clean.
I am waiting for more reviews.

Can the Yoshiblue pan be used on a glass top stove?
Nothing has been said about that.
Thanks.

I purchased mine at Walmart in Florida and left it down there. How can I purchase one in the store on Long Island?

Does not work, food sticks to the pan ,have to put oil in it so the food does not stick. Does not do what your ad said it does.
